Day by day the number of signups in various websites for some reason or other keeps on increasing. So the number of Userid and passwords that you have to keep track also increases. Thankfully browsers like Firefox have inbuilt password managers which does the entire job.
But incase if you are sharing your computer, it may not be the wise idea to have all your passwords stored in your browser. You can either use Master Password to protect all the other passwords that you have stored or if it’s an office computer its better to have this option disabled.
How to Enable and Disable Password Manager in Firefox?
1) Click Tools -> Options and Open Security Tab.
2) Under the section Passwords, check the option ‘Remember Password for sites‘ and if you would like to protect the passwords that are being stored, make sure that you use a master password.
3) Now whenever you enter userid and password in a new site, Firefox will prompt whether you want to save it.If you want to disable managing passwords in Firefox just uncheck these options and save.
If you are worried about privacy in the browsers, learn how to clear private details from browsers automatically.

I hate the “Do you want to remember this password” dialog that pops up. I just disable it.
@Shankar Ganesh, Me 2!!! It was so irritating at office that it keeps poping up so I just disabled it and I thought that would make a good post…
