How to Set Up Multiple Clocks in Vista?

In Vista one can setup more than one clock and it is useful when you have friends and family in different time zones or in different part of the world. Here are the two methods of setting up different clocks in System Tray of Taskbar and in the Vista Sidebar.

Method 1:
You can set up to 3 different clocks at the task bar or system tray. To set up additional clocks, left click on the time shown on the task bar and click ‘Change Time and Date settings

Click the ‘Additional Clocks‘ tab and Check the boxes near ‘Show this Clock‘ to activate additional clocks.

Use the drop down menu to select the time zone, give a relative name of your preference to different clocks and click ‘OK‘You can view different time zone by hovering the mouse over the time at the system tray which will give a smaller yet comprehensive list of clocks at different time zones.

If you prefer to have a large view of clocks, left click the time at the system tray which will give a full view of analog clock along with the calendar.

Method 2:
If you are prone to use Vista Sidebar, then you can setup multiple clocks in the sidebar. There is no limit on the number of clocks that you can setup, so as much as your screen can hold and as much as you want you can set up different clocks.

To add a new clock to the sidebar, Click the + symbol at the top of the sidebar which will give the list of all gadgets that you have installed. Vista is shipped with a sidebar clock. Drag and drop the clock from the gadget list to the sidebar. Continue it for as many clocks that you want.
To change the time zones in the clock, right click the clock and click ‘Options‘.
Add a ‘Clock Name‘ and change the ‘Time Zone‘ of your preference and click ‘Ok
