Usually to select multiple files, once can use ctrl key. By holding the Ctrl key you can multiple files from the same folder. It is easier to do multiple selections with the help of check box. These check boxes are not normally shown all the time so these check boxes for all the files does not clutter inside a folder. Only when you hover the cursor over a file a small check box will be displayed as a new column at the left side of the file name when the folder view is in details list or at the top left corner if the folder view is in icon mode. The check boxes can be enable in Folder Options.

Thanks for sharing Joel
Thanx, but, still not enabled in aol9VR…. I must have clicked the WRONG box and now have no internet images OR photos of grandchildren! Just silly cone boxes that must be clicked and show photo checked! Don’t think I have Vista, but thought I’d give it a shot. AOL’s no help & I can’t pay for retrieving something that’s included and typically with AOL service! S
