Microsoft has decided to give away something for free again (at least for students). They are giving professional level developer and design tools at no charge. This would help students to use Microsoft’s technology to build new things and boost Microsoft directly or indirectly.

Microsoft DreamSpark

All that you need is Windows Live ID, verify that you are student and just click to download the entire installation file. But you have to be in United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, China, Germany, France, Finland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or Belgium. If you are indeed in these countries and if your school is not listed then you can get it from JourneyEd.
