After deploying this backup tool we found that most of the users did not use it. (It requires Outlook to be closed, and take far too long time to complete the evry day full backup.)

Also the few users that attempted to use it created enough load to the network that many processes seems to be stuck.

A solution that really works for PST file backup must be capable of backing up the PST file incrementally, one like EdgeSafe &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.datamills.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;PST2PST&lt;/a&gt;
. This is extremely important because of the widely available multi Giga PST files.
