Often while making a presentation you may face the situation to display just a blank white or black slide. For example, if you own a touch screen tablet PC laptop and would like to describe to your audience by writing on a blank white slide using different pointer pens available or you may want to display a black screen before you start your presentation or while during some breaks in the presentation.

Whatever may be the case or need, you can use the keyboard shortcut to show white or black blank slide during presentation.

So what is the keyboard shortcut to display blank slide in PowerPoint 2007?

In Office 2007 or earlier versions, while making the presentation,

Use the key ‘W’ to display a white blank slide and use the same key again to resume the presentation.

Use the key ‘B’ to display a black blank slide and use the same key again to resume the presentation.
