OfficeWord If you prefer to have custom page layout settings that you use always with Word from Office 2007 then you can use this simple tip to make those settings as default. You can change settings like Margins, Orientation, Size, Header edge, Footer edge, Layout, Borders etc and make them as default.

So how to make page layout settings as default in Word 2007?

Go to Page Layout tab and click the little arrow on the lower right corner of Page Setup.

Change all the Page layout settings and setup. Under the tab Margins, click Default which is on the lower left corner. Click Yes.

From next time, when you open a blank Word page, it will use these page settings.
