How to add Excel Macro to Quick Access Toolbar in Office 2007?

Excel2007 Earlier when Office 2007 came, since it was unclear to many, we had a post on where are the Macro Features and Settings in Excel 2007? Later we also saw some posts on how to create custom keyboard shortcuts in Excel using Macros. If you happen to use Excel Macro often, you may find it difficult to access different macros each time. One idea to ease is to have different keyboard shortcuts for each macros (see how you can do it) and other way is to add Excel Macro to the Quick Access Toolbar, so that in short you can Quick Access!

So, how to get Quick Access of Excel Macros in Office 2007?

Click the Office button on the top left corner -> Click Excel Options.

Choose Customize from the list on the left side.

Under Choose commands from drop menu, choose Popular commands.

Under Customize Quick Access Toolbar, make sure you have chosen For all documents which is usually chosen by default.

From the list of commands on the left side, click View Macros, and Click Add.

Click Ok and now you can view the Macro button on the Quick Access Toolbar.

To remove it, just right click the button in the Toolbar and choose Remove from Quick Access Toolbar.

If you are an avid user of keyboard shortcut, you can use Alt + F8 to access Excel Macros.
