Add Quick Print to the Quick Access Toolbar in Office Word and Excel for Easy Printing

Are you the person who prints a lot of documents from Office Word and Excel or may be even from Outlook or PowerPoint? Well you can simplify the printing process by adding the Quick Print link to the Quick Access Toolbar in Office 2007 or Office 2010.
So how to add Quick Print to Quick Access Toolbar in Office?
Note: Before you proceed, its important to know how Quick Print behaves. It will not show the option screen when you click Quick Print, it’ll automatically choose the settings and Printer that was last chosen and print it. So it comes in handy when you consecutively print a lot.
In the Quick Access Toolbar, click on the arrow at the end and click on the Quick Print to add the Print link and you can also uncheck using the same method.

Apart from the list that is shown, you can also click on More Commands from the drop menu and select other commands from the list for your easy access.
