		<description>I was able to open RAW files from my Nikon DSLR in Photoshop, Picassa 3 &amp; IrfanView without downloading a codec in a separate step (as is required with Windows Live Photo Gallery). The extent you may be able to manipulate the RAW image will vary, of course, from one of these programs to another.</description>
