In the series of quick keyboard shortcuts for MS Office series, we have another quick tip to add comments in Excel. Adding comments can be very helpful especially when the files are reviewed by than a couple of members in the team.

You can use the keyboard shortcut Shift + F2 to add a quick comment in any cell.

You can also edit, delete, show/hide comments by right clicking the cell and choosing appropriate commands.
